30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at beautathletics@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us as soon as possible with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return your original item and, once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, BEAUT will cover the return shipping.
