BEAUT Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we get it packed and on its way. Here's what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Your shipping method and estimated delivery window are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can occasionally push things back — this is outside our control once a package is handed off.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created — that's normal.

Shipping Delays

If your order looks significantly delayed past the estimated window, reach out to us at beautathletics@gmail.com and we'll help look into it.

Lost Packages

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Resolution — replacement or refund — is handled case-by-case once the claim is reviewed.

Marked Delivered, Not Received

Tracking sometimes says "delivered" before a package actually shows up. First, check around your property, with neighbors, or with anyone else in your household. If it's still missing after 24-48 hours, contact your local carrier directly, then reach out to us if you're still stuck.

Incorrect Addresses

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to exactly what's entered. If you catch a mistake before your order ships, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the address.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we'll reship it once it's back in our hands. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

At this time, BEAUT ships within the United States only.
